Executive Leadership Coaching Programs
The RLI approach to executive coaching is holistic and systems-oriented,
integrating behavioral, cognitive, cultural, and organizational
principles and practices for lasting positive change.
RLI offers two types of coaching packages: Strategic and Responsive.
Strategic Coaching is an outcome-based approach to executive coaching that involves conducting baseline assessments and charting a personalized course for accomplishing the results that you are committed to achieving for yourself and your community.
Responsive Coaching focuses on your day-to-day experience, evolving your leadership in response to what arises in the flow of fulfilling your leadership responsibilities.
Strategic Coaching packages last six to nine months, with weekly or bi-weekly contact. Responsive Coaching packages are at least three months in duration.
